Kulen Outreach is a US-registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing quality education to children from the rural Phnom Kulen region of Siem Reap, Cambodia. It is our mission to provide these children with the opportunity to be a part of Cambodia’s future growth and development by enabling them to develop a sustainable career. We achieve this by providing them with high quality education and by exposing them to the myriad of opportunities available to them in today’s Cambodia.

Chris has been the program director at Kulen Outreach from the beginning, helping to launch and structure the program. He's currently responsible for overseeing its daily operations and implementing its vision. Prior to Kulen Outreach, Chris was the Co-founder of tech-startup Viewfinder, which sold in 2014 to technology firm Square. He also spent numerous years in finance, working at Deutsche Bank and in the Capital Markets Team at JonesTrading Institutional Services. Chris graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Architecture and Geography.

Gordon is an executive producer at ABC and is the CEO of his production company, Follow Productions. He is well-known for his successful show on ABC called The Chew, but is probably better known for his 1990s TV talk show program, The Gordon Elliott Show. Gordon has produced over 16 different television series, and has picked up an Emmy over the span of his career. He has been lucky enough to discover and develop some of the most successful lifestyle personalities on television today. Gordon studied law at Sydney University in Australia.

Philip is the president of Western Heritable Investment Company (U.S.) Ltd. and has been an executive of the company since its formation in 1985. His career in real estate in New York City spans over 35 years. He is responsible for acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and directing the daily operations of WHIC US. Mr. Mactaggart is a trustee of the KIPP School and several charitable foundations. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School).
